Windows 98 AVI Sound Track problem fix for ToolBook 5.0 (The authoring
language)
    copy the updated
     tb50lnl.dll file to your ToolBook system file directory, overwriting
     the older version of this file. The default location for the ToolBook
     system files is:
  Windows/Asym/Runtime
Using Windows Explorer, select the tb50lnl.dll file (wherever you downloaded
it) and copy.
Then Click on the Windows folder, then the Asym folder and then the Runtime
folder and paste the file there.  You will overwrite the older .dll file.
